3. Small Value Shipments

4. Bulky Goods
For parcels longer than 150cm or 200cm (depending on the destination). Additional fees apply:
- EC Countries: €26.00 + VAT of destination country.
- Export (non-Europe): €26.00.
Note: Bulky shipments are not available to all countries. For items exceeding 150cm or 200cm, shipment is only possible by freight. Freight costs depend on packaging, weight, volume, insurance, country, and ZIP code.

Delivery Options
The listed prices apply to standard home delivery in most countries. For certain destinations, only home delivery is available. In other cases, you may choose between delivery to a DHL ServicePoint or home delivery. Home delivery is then available for an additional fee of €4.30 (excluding VAT). -
Service Extra Sure
This optional service covers shipments up to a value of €2,500 and is available for a surcharge of €10.00. -
